Changing currency for a card

Hello there. After adding a card to my account, i've recieved the email where paypal said "PayPal will apply "EUR" when this card is being used". But my card is USD. How can i change currency in paypal?

Support answered that for Belarus only suppor can change, for some other countries there is an option in "wallet"
