Card problem..Help I unlinked my card from a different account I also closed that account right after removing the card . Now I am trying to link it to another account it keeps telling me it was linked to another PayPal account..how?! Please I need help
Allow 72 hours between removing and adding + clear cookies/cache and if no luck try another browser/device OR ask customer services for help to link it?
