Card charged $1.95 3 times without being refunded, even after card was validated.

So I wanted to link a prepaid MasterCard gift card to my PayPal account so I did, and then it charged me the $1.95 to confirm my card, and I put in the code sent to the statement and it was confirmed successfully. However I did not get refunded $1.95, and have also been charged $1.95 two more times since then, even though my card was already confirmed. Is there a way I can get the 3 $1.95 refunded back to me? I'm asking here because I could not find a way to email PayPal. Thank you for help.

I'm sorry to hear you've been charged three times with no refunds for card confirmations. We do refunds theses charges, but it can take up to 30 days for your card issuer to post them to you. Customer service can confirm when the refunds were sent and help you if they were not.
