I get a msg saying additional steps are needed to link the accounts and to "contact us". That link leads to the standard help area. Super lazy design work there when your business is linking bank accounts and cards. I can't submit an issue to the resolution center (more great customer service) so I'm hoping someone here can help. PayPal isn't going to.

Please be advised that there are sometimes technical glitches on PayPal's website. Please try after a gap of 24-48 hours in a different browser after clearing cookies and caches from your system. It should be working fine.
