Can 4 Visa Giftcards be added to account, resulting in combined balance for single purchase?

in US, I have 4 Visa Giftcards of $200 each. Can I add them to Paypal account, and make a $800 purchase?

sorry they're actually AMEX $200 Giftcards. Not sure if it makes any difference opposed to Visa Giftcards. My question in essence is whether Giftcards can be added, as opposed to "cards issued by bank"

Welcome to the PayPal Community! This is a great question. Unfortunately you would not be able to use multiple funding sources on a single transaction. The only exception being if you do not have enough in your PayPal balance, you can use whats left of your PayPal balance and then charge the remainder to a bank or card.

@11sing22, That's correct. We don't offer a route to transfer funds from a gift card / prepaid card to a PayPal account.

seems Paypal is powerless to solve my situation:

pay for $600 sofa to store who doesn't accept more than 2 part-payments.

And I have 3 AMEX $200 giftcards
