Button for transfer money icon, wallet page?

Where is "transfer money" icon on the wallet page? I have linked a card.

I see NO icon/button/link that says transfer money.

You won't have an 'add money' option if you have not set up a 'balance' account yet.

However as a buyer you never need funds in your Paypal balance.
Paypal will automatically take payment from any confirmed bank account or card (whichever is eligible in your country) during the payment process.

If you have the option to select a funding source then you can do so here...

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > second down click on update next to your preferred way to pay and put a dot in one of the options listed.

So you can buy using your card but may at some stage be asked to add and confirm a bank account (not debit card) to verify your paypal account.

I am trying to get my funds from Paypal. I have an account. The funds are there. 

Go to Wallet . Click Transfer Money . Click Transfer to your bank . Select in 1-3 days (No fee). Follow the instructions. Here's how to withdraw money on the PayPal app: Tap your PayPal balance. Tap Transfer. Tap Transfer to bank at the bottom of the screen. Select in minutes ( fee applies) or in 1-3 days (no fee). Tap Transfer Now.

What card type did you add and did you confirm it with the 4 digit code after adding it?

Can you confirm you live in the U.S as you have a U.S paypal account?
