Attachement of bank account.Please how can I add my bank account

My debit card is rejected so I want to add a bank account but there is no option for that

Sorry, you’ll have to add a different card. Your card must allow international use. Can’t add bank account in Nigeria.

Also Nigeria PayPal accounts cannot accept payments. Buying online or send money for purchases only.
