Hi I just want to ask because I received an email that I signe dup for pre-approved plan in Gxchange but I didn't signed up. How to remove it because maybe it has a charge? I really don't know. Hope anyone can help me

First make sure the email is not fake. Check what email address sent the email.

You might need this link if you can’t access or find the Pre-Approved Payment’s page from your PayPal account to cancel the preapproval payment:

https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_ap-manage-preapprovals

Also change your PayPal password and password of your email account too, to be safe if the email you received is not fake and you see and have to cancel the preapproved payment to Gxchange in the link above.

Because in order to link GCash and PayPal, you have to enter your PayPal email address and your PayPal password:
