I want to verify my account, So I had paid twice times because I didn't get a code, after that they blocked and removed my card? How can I back my money and unblock my card?

I'm sorry you're having trouble adding a card and verifying your account. Since it sounds like your card was removed due to an unsuccessful confirmation process, you'll want to reach out to Customer Support for further assistance. You can contact Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page for further assistance. Support is also available through Facebook private message or Twitter direct message.
