I just confirmed my card and it deducted 100php from it, and how long will this take in order for me to receive my 100php back? It has been an hour or so yet the money is still not refunded on my card that has been confirmed.
PayPal will make a small charge to your card. After the card is confirmed, we will immediately refund the card. Your card issuer will credit your card balance within 30 days from the date of the refund.
