I make purchases domain and hosting at godaddy. My domain is:

However I have a problem that my paypal need to address verification. I have followed and provide information as well as proof of address.
However currently My account still use normal but when transactions are always arrested address validation. I go to the link paypal provided but I could not find place to upload address proof. Please help me.
