Cannot log in my paypal account

Initially, I forgot the password for my paypal account and cannot retrieved back using the security answer since I forgot this too. Then after contacting paypal customer support, they have sent me the temporary password via mail. Unfortunately, after receiving this password, I still cannot log in my account. I tried to contact paypal via email (since I'm residing outside US), but it doest not answer my question, so my problem is still unresolved. Please, if anyone who has faced the similar problem and can resolve the issue?

If you are still facing the same issue, we will certainly do our best to help but you would really need to contact us directly by phone to resolve something like this. 

You'll most likely need to reset your password and I'm afraid we're unable to do this by email or through the community forum, you see. 

Would you consider giving us a quick ring by clicking the 'contact' tab at the bottom of your account? I'm sure my colleagues will have you back into your account in no time at all 🙂
