Please help I tried to get to Paypal team here or on Facebook, however no one answers me. Firstly what is Paypal customer support email? Secondly I am a freelancer on mostaql website and I cannot receive my payment. The website support says I should ask Paypal customer service??

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.

ok, then was it a bank account opened in the U.S?

The U.S option is normally there as paypal is a U.S company and allows its citizens living or working in another country to add their bank account to another countries paypal account.

Only Paypal won't support digital / virtual bank accounts like Wise or Payoneer OR USD currency accounts.

You can sometimes add and confirm a virtual bank but your paypal account won't be considered verified if its not a U.S bank opened in the U.S.

Also Paypal would not be responsible for any funds that may get lost during a transfer to that virtual U.S bank account.
