Payment received but cancelled

Hi, I received a sum of payment from Clickworker in August but then, within 2 days it was canceled. I know it's been over 2 months but I just realized it recently. I contacted them and they told me it was on Paypal's end that canceled the payment. They told me that it could be because of my KYC or that my settings were wrong. I've checked everything but there was nothing wrong with my account. I even received payments from another company with no issues. Where or who should I get into contact with regarding this issue?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.
