"error, file name not specified” meaning of this on transaction recipt (“goods” under G&S)

“Error File Name Not Specified"

conducted my 1st transaction on PP to buy a speedometer from some 1 met on-line. He gave me an e-mail @ yahoo as

“my ID on PayPal".  I used Goods (& Services) with this and was emailed a receipt with this "error, file name not specified”

posted on different places on the receipt.

Do you think I sent the money?

Do you think I have any assuranty I’ll get the item (by the 1 July ’24 date the receipt showed they would send him the money)?
