"Not enough to transfer" when trying to transfer crypto

When i try to transfer on pc browser, i get "Cant confirm its you" error. So i tried on paypal app but now i get "you dont have enough to transfer" error. Is there some sort of minimum transfer for btc or something? Thanks!

Sorry for the trouble! You can transfer cryptocurrencies between eligible PayPal and other wallets and exchanges. Please try clearing cache/cookies and also try using a different browser or device. If the issue persists, please try again at a later date.

that's the answer... to clear your cache.... as soon as the time period that you require and amount are meet so I can transfer my crypto you can be sure there will be no more crypto transactions... I just wanted to test the system and now I've tied up over $40 dollars just checking this out...
