You can transfer PayPal Cash/PayPal Balance to a linked debit card or bank account listed in the wallet page. Instant transfers incur a 1% fee. Standard transfers are free. Start by clicking “Transfer Money” button under the balance amount on the Summary page after logging into the PayPal website.
