I'm trying to transfer money from a B4B Mastercard to my Paypal account Any ideas how as the card is not linked to a bank account?

You can't add funds to a paypal balance from a card.

You could add and confirm that card to your paypal account though and use it as a funding source. You don't need funds in your balance as a buyer.
