how i get refund my money

i deal with a person on whatsapp .i send payment to Adan [Removed] but this person do scam with me .today goes  6 days but not give me payment and response.i am poor man i want to refund my payment.i requested to paypal team to got my refund.

As long as you did NOT use the friends/family option then you should have buyer protection, so follow the procedure in this link.
