why is my account type not suitable for gogetfunding?

tech support says this:

"Due to current restrictions with PayPal in Ukraine which affect compatibility with our site, you will not be able to use your PayPal account with us. This is a compatibility issue, not a sanction/restriction issue due to current events.  However, if there is someone you know and trust who has such an account outside of your country that is free of any restrictions, it is perfectly acceptable for you to use their PayPal account."

Ukrainians today need help like never before, and here are some stupid restrictions. where to write and where to contact? How to write to paypal, I did not find a way.

Paypal account holders in the Ukraine can now receive payments with the recent change of policy, but they are restricted to receiving only friends/family payments as per link.

You still can't do commercial transactions and receive goods/services payments.

what category do voluntary donations fall into, is it the sale of a product or service? especially for Ukrainians who are on fire today? Is it really difficult to remove these restrictions so that people can collect donations?
