eBay declines payments from PayPal

Hello,

i`ve tried multiple times to purchase something from ebay and there was an error msg - PayPal is unable to process your payment at this time. I don`t know why is that, since PayPay was my main method for payment on eBay. When i press buy this item it`s processing to paypal page and when i press confirm it goes back to eBay page with the error message.

Any suggestions?

Does the seller offer paypal as one of their acceptable payment options?

Yes, there is option for paypal payment.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you've had recently with your account. Payments can often be blocked or declined if we detect any unusual or suspicious activity. We decline some payments to help protect you from any possible fraudulent activity. If you've verified that there are no suspicious charges in your account, please try the payment again at a later time. Before you proceed, kindly clear cache and cookies or try using different browser or device. If the issue  still persist, kindly check the Resolution Center to see if there are any notifications about your account status or incomplete steps that needs to be resolved.

I`ve tried anything, checked everything, but nothing .... When i log in my account everything is fine.

Welcome back! I am sorry to know that you're still unable to make a payment and I understand the importance to complete the payment here. As per the information that you've shared, it is possible that our security system is not letting this transaction to go through. Some unusual account activity would have triggered this. This is only temporary. Our internal security system works hard to keep our customer's accounts safe. This is just a security measure that we take to make sure the account is safe. I would suggest you try to attempt the transaction again at a later time. Please do not try to attempt this transaction simultaneously, as our security system will get triggered and the clock will start from zero, from the time of the next attempt. I appreciate your patience in the meantime.
