Why when I log in to paypal does it PAY as soon as i install password ??? does not let me pick paying options . From E-Bay

When you checkout via Ebay it shows you the payment options the seller accepts and you then chose one.

Not all sellers accept paypal.

NO ,As soon as I hit PAY NOW it takes my money when there are 3 different cards to choose !!!

No, as soon as I SIGN in with PASSWORD it is paid. Does not let me choose options. Pays from wrong credit card. Have multiple Businesses buying.
