Why i cant accept money

Hello! Om 28th October I've got a prize which was sent to my email address via PayPal but I didnnot have a PayPal account. Now that I've created one, I'm encountering issues with accepting the money. Whenever I click on it, PayPal says to contact the sender, to which I've done it already and they confirmed that they've solved any errors or cancelation issues but I still can't see the transaction or anything in my activity. Is this issue on the sender end or PayPal? What should I do?

I do understand that you have issue about your transaction. Please reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page to get help with your issue. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account).
