Buyer made a false claim

Buyer made a false claim that the item I sold via Depot was not for sale. We escalated it to PayPal and they decided I will issue a refund when she sends the item back. She said she sent it back and sent false tracking information. I have not received the item back but the money has come out of my account. What can I do?

 

I have 100s of positive reviews and this is really disappointing, especially that PayPal don't seem to be doing much to help me.

I do understand that you have issue with your dispute related to an item. Please reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page to get help with your issue. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account).
