When using debit card for bill pay, the funds are paid out via ACH from a different checking account

I tried to use a debit card to bill pay my electricity bill, but the funds are paid out of the checking account instead.  The debit card is selected during the billpay process.  Anyway to get around this bug?

Sorry to hear that your payment method changed for a transaction. Each time a transaction is attempted, a review is done by our internal security model used to identify any risk and our system may change the payment method if there's any risk found during the internal review which should be the reason for payment method change in this case.
