If you use the friends/family option and 'fund' it from your balance or bank account then there is no fee within your own country. You would pay a fee if you funded the payment via a card. That is as long as your wife has a personal account and not a business account and can receive f/f payments.
However as you have a business account you would not be able to receive friends/family payments only goods/services and so you would pay a fee to receive any g/s payments.
Advice is voluntary.
