I have used Paypal to buy postage from Royal Mail's website. The transaction hasn't gone through properly. I now have an email from Paypal that reads in part: "You won't be charged until Royal Mail Group Limited processes your order. To see the full transaction details, log in to your PayPal account. Please remember, it may take a few moments for this transaction to appear. Thanks for using PayPal. Your money will be transferred when the seller processes your payment. To see the full transaction details, log in to your PayPal account." I haven't been charged yet. I want to cancel the order but it isn't showing in my activity an hour later on either the Paypal website or app. Is there any way to cancel the order? Don't like being stuck in limbo like this.

Update, Royal Mail have finally emailed saying they have processed the transaction, though it still doesn't appear on my Paypal page I have been able to delete it now via Royal Mail's website.
