Unable to use my debit cards option for withdrawing money from Paypal wallet.

I have some funds in my PayPal wallet, and I want to withdraw them using my debit cards. However, all I see are lists of bank accounts, not my debit cards, which are already attached to my PayPal account. When I click on the option 'Don't see all your banks and cards' below, I am navigated to a new screen stating 'These can’t be used for transfers. Some banks and cards don’t accept transfers just yet.' My cards are from VISA and MasterCard, but none of them are listed for withdrawal.

Some countries can only withdraw to bank accounts, others only to visa credit cards and others to any card or both cards and bank accounts.

If you click on withdraw and only see bank accounts then you may well be in a country that only allows withdrawal to a bank account.
