I'm based in New Zealand and I have linked my bank account in paypal. It's status shows "confirmed" when I click on it in my "Wallet" page. But I have not been able to make payments using my bank account.
When I get to the payment method stage, I'm only given the option select my debit/credit card. And I would very much prefer to pay via my bank account instead of credit card due to the fees...
Did I somehow miss a step when adding my bank account? Or is this payment method of paying via bank account not available in NZ?
Any help or advice would be appreciated. Has anyone based in NZ successfully transacted via their bank account or is the only way via credit/debit card?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
