Unable to access or transfer a credit

I have a credit which I have accepted and it shows as +$110. I wrongly assumed it would immediately credit my associated Visa CC, but that was not the case. It has been over 2 months that PP has held my funds. How do I access these funds? I am in the US and the funds came from Hungary.

Those transfer options are NOT available in MY WALLET. I even added a bank account (verified and accepted), and it still won't let me transfer. If this were easy I wouldn't be asking, respectfully.

ok, well if you had politely said the information in the link didn't help then I would have advised you further.

i have no idea what YOU have in YOUR WALLET, which is why I posted the link as for all I knew you hadn't linked a bank or debit card so you could withdraw your funds. 

As you chose to yell with CAPS LOCK then I will ''respectfully'' leave you to it.
