Greetings from Uganda. My credit card is linked to my PayPal account but when they are sending me money, it can't come. How do I do it to be able to receive money?

This means you won't be able to receive money into your PayPal account from others. To receive funds, you might want to consider alternative payment services that support both sending and receiving money in Uganda.
