Hi everyone. I been trying to reach out to customer support in live chat but no one is getting back at me. I would like to request to NOT to convert in my local currency everytime I transfer it to my bank account. Been trying to message them also in their FB page, and ti my dismay. My message also there last 2021 is not even opened. Can anyone help me how to get hold of them? I am from Ph. I prefer it transferred to my account without converting it to PHP.
In order for you to do this, your transferee bank account should be in USD, too. If your transferee bank account is in peso, as soon as you transfer your money to it, it'll automatically be converted to PHP.
May I know why you want your USD not be converted to PhP, if you don't mind?
