Transfer sent to wrong account.

I received a payment today and attempted to transfer it to my bank account. I received a confirmation email from Paypal but noticed that the bank account number was incorrect. I reported this to Paypal but they appear disinterested. I have no idea where the money went as I can only see the last four digits of the account number. has anyone experienced this before?

I am facing the same problem, i can't transferring my PayPal balance to my Wise bank account.

I've requested the bank account details held by Paypal. This will tell me where they sent my money. It may take up to 30 days for them to give me this information. However, if the buyer issues a refund request and there is no money in the Paypal account, will Paypal withdraw the money from the bank account they originally sent it to? This might be a solution to my problem.
