Transfer blocked due to regulatory restrictions. What can I do ?

Hello everyone.

My PayPal-account was registered a few days ago. The email address is linked to a phone number in Egypt. My reward for taking the test on the Internet was sent to this PayPal-account, but the payer refused the payment because of "blocked due to regulatory restrictions". What can be done in this case?

I do understand that you have a query regarding the transaction issue due to restriction on account. For help with your concern, please reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account).
