Transaction, withdrawal, bank account, reversed, no notification

Why my automatic withdrawal never reached my bank though paypal says withrawl completed. It was reversed after few days. Paypal says it has again completed withdrawal but bank has no information. Vendor is Centific Global and my country is India.

Completed means paypal have completed your request to have your funds sent to your bank account.

It does not mean the funds are actually in your bank account as paypal would have no way of knowing that !!

Allow a few days for the funds to process through to your bank as per link.

If they bounce back then check that the name and address on your bank account exactly matches the details on your Paypal account.

Well I have been getting payments through this account for last 6 years. This is the first time I am having problem. Paypal says withdrawal completed but bank says it received nothing. Bank is not able to track through the transaction ID. Paypal is of no help too.

I recently fell victim to a scam while attempting to purchase Bitcoin on a P2P trading platform. The seller directed me to communicate via Telegram and insisted on using PayPal for payment. After transferring funds, I realized I was dealing with a scammer. Despite my efforts to contact PayPal and Xoom, I have yet to receive a refund.
