I ordered a few thing(on Weekday site) on 3 November, something went wrong so they didn't go through with the order, and the money I paid through paypal was pending but now the pending section lost and I didn't received my refund tho I contacted with my bank. I still have the pdf of the transaction.

Couple of things to check:

Click the gear beside the logout button (take you into settings)

In the next page, on the blue bar along the top click the activity button and check to see if the pending payment is now under the "completed" sub heading.

That means that the payment was probably sent to the seller as an Echeque.  These things can take quite awhile to reflect on the sellers bank account.  PayPal instructs sellers NOT to ship the item until the Echeque is reflected in their bank account balance.

If the transaction in the activity area of your setting now has it listed as completed, check your email as you may have a notice that your items are being shipped as payment has been received.

If it is listed as being completed, and you have not received an email about your items being shipped, First contact the seller.  If they still wont ship your items, contact PayPal customer support, dispute the payment through the resolution center.  If you have done that already, contact PayPal support and be ready to show any and all proof that the transaction went down and the seller is now choosing not to ship the items.  Screen shots of conversations with the seller, and emails, bills of sale etc should be ready to be uploaded to PayPal customer service when and if they request it.

Have you already disputed the payment?  If so, check for a refund as well in your activity section of the settings page.

Best thing to do is to use the online chat feature, talk to a PayPal support staff, they would be much better able to instruct you as to what to do as they can check and see your account and activity and advise you accordingly.

When you pay a company then it is often pending or awaiting authorisation until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.

If they don't process the order and capture that payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment and returns back to your funding source.
Sometimes the merchant can void the transaction so the funds are cleared more quickly.

Allow a few days for the funds to return to a bank account and up to 30 days (rarely that long) for a card.
