Too bad there is no way to contact Paypal

I have had problems withdrawing money since March 18th and still haven't received it and the local bank said they couldn't find the money.

I tried to contact Paypal but to no avail, the system only gives automated answers

And we can't advise as you haven't even said which country you are in, let alone giving some information on new problem? withdrawn before? linked funding/withdrawal sources? any limitations? currency? etc etc
