Customer ordered and paid, but I haven’t received anything

Our client bought our latest product on our website. We haven’t received anything. Neither was it recorded as an order on our website nor do we have a transaction. She sent me a full transaction page where it says that the money was taken from her bank account (she is from Belgium and used Bancomat). I am sure that she is not lying but don’t know what to do. She is going to call the bank in the morning, and I will call PayPal to check.
