Hi, I'm new on the forum, although I've been using PayPal for 13 years. I've never had a problem with PayPal, but my last 4 withdrawals from my PayPal account didn't go to my bank account. Although I received confirmation from PayPal that the payment went through. The oldest withdraw was on October 11, i.e. 14 days ago. I called to the bank and they assured me that the problem must be on the side of PayPal or the payment gateway. I tried to solve it on PayPal through the "resolution center", but there they wrote to me without any explanation that it was not an unauthorized transaction and that the case is closed... I have no idea what to do. The money disappeared from my PayPal account but didn't reach my to bank account...

I called them but without any specific answer again. They reported my issue again and apologized it´s Czech republic that has been affected with failed all withdrawals since 10-19Oct and it´s technical issue. This is the info we all know about and it´s nothing new I guess but at least it felt like real help apart from their web customer service. Crossing fingers for us all.

Thank you, @eveningsailor, for your great work !! I dont feel so strong with eglish language to have a phon call with PPal. This info looking good for every us... IMHO problem was not only 10-19, as I withrdawed small test funds also after the date 19th with negative result as well....

Hi! I called them again. They told me, that they had "a bug", they knew about our issues, but I still needed to wait 7 business days. Which is totally useless as I read your posts. Then I need to upload my bank statement, that I really did not receive anything. I am furious. I called my bank again and they confirmed that the payment went back to PayPal, because starting October, PayPal for an unknown reason uses incomplete bank account numbers (he?).
So it is their fault, they have all our money, they know about it and still do nothing???

I gave them my transaction ID (of that transfer that did not arrive) and my personal bank ID (you can find it in your internet banking).
Our money is sent back from our Czech accounts directly to the PayPal account. Mine were sent back on 27th October (one day after my transfer), so they can see it by now for sure. PayPal should immediately trace our money and put it back on our dashboards. I have no idea what takes them so long.

I have the same problem. Transaction completed on 28.10., but still no money in my account (KB, CZ).

Its really unbelievable, that ppal (knowing about the problem form start of october) still hasnt stop withdrawal to Czech banks, and leaving all affected people stressed by missing money... Simply notification on PP dashboard,that "dear users, now are not recommended withdrawals money......" should be enough.....
About info from bank - Dear Tereza, what number of transaction did you tell them ? (KB) - PP Transaction ID writen down on withdrawal page ?

Same issue here - Czech republic, withdrawal requested mid October. KB told me that they are unaware of any incoming transaction and Paypal support is either unaware of this issue ("from our side your account is perfectly eligible to withdraw your funds without any issues") or not allowed to provide any explanation or warning for other Czech citizens.
