Hi! My last payment is still on pending but my money has been returned to my account. Does this means this order can still go through or is it declined? I haven't got any other notification other than pending payment so can this order still go through or should i consider it declined and move on?
The site in question is Temu which i know seems scammy but it's cheap and has exactly what i'm looking for so i'd like to give it another shot but I don't want to double order if this can still go through.
