Didn't receive fund and bank account is checking

I've already make any transaction in Paypal since 2020 and there is no problem. Except at March 9th I transfer my money to bank account which account type is "checking" then it says completed at March 13th (in email notification it says I receive the money on my bank no longer than March 15th) but until now I didn't received the money.

Can someone please help me? if the account type "checking" is OK then where is my money?

Isn't is a checking account then? If its not then what kind of account is it???

Secondly its the weekend, check again on Monday.
