“Sorry, we weren't able to authorize your card. Please choose another way to pay.” But i’ve been paying the same merchant and using the same card for the past 2years

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues completing a recent transaction. I was able to find a Help Center article with some troubleshooting steps you may find useful: Why was my payment declined?
