Hi,

I've set the automatic daily transfers to my bank account and somehow I've received two only. Transfers stopped after two days (whereas I have thousands of euros available). Now I only get this message everytime I try clicking on "Transfer" :

Sorry, something's not right. Please try again later.

It's been like this for weeks now, and I the situation is really becoming a problem.

Anyone could help?

Thanks a lot Community, cheers!

T.

Hello @Tamraght

I apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced while processing the withdrawal. Withdrawals can often be blocked or declined if we detect any unusual or suspicious activity. We decline some withdrawals to help protect you from any possible fraudulent activity. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like this withdrawal is hitting our PayPal security system which is preventing the withdrawal of funds. In this case, I would recommend you wait 24-48 hours without trying to withdraw and then try again or try to clear the caches/cookies and process the withdrawal using your desktop or laptop instead of your mobile app. If that doesn't work, you can try making the withdrawal using a different bank or card.

I hope this information was helpful!
