Release date of money not shown anywhere on schedule?

Hello! I'm a new seller (only two sales so far) on PayPal, and while I understand that PayPal withholds funds for 21/60 days before I can access them, I have clicked into next year on the release schedule and have seen nothing. Before coming here, I checked a few things:

  1. The client who paid me has confirmed the money has left their account.
  2. I have confirmed all of my details (card, bank, phone number etc)
  3. I cannot speed up the process via PayPal's shipping/tracking because I sell digital art commissions.

Does this mean PayPal is holding my funds indefinitely? If so, what are my options?

Update:
After messing around with what product I'm selling, tracking etc, the schedule has updated to show a release date for my money. I have no idea what triggered it, but I'm going to guess it was my client confirming that they had recieved the product. I still have no definitive answer for why this wasn't showing up before, but technically this problem has been resolved.

In most cases, PayPal put the payments (for goods and services) on hold for 21 calendar days either because you are a new seller or hasn't sold in a while. However, sometimes, there are some steps you can take to have your funds released earlier than 21 days. 1. Have your buyer (sender) confirm receipt of an item on their PayPal account. Note: the confirmation button will only be available after 48 hours from date/time of the payment and can only be done through the PayPal website as it would not show up through the mobile app. Once the buyer confirms the payment, the funds will automatically be released fairly instant. 2. Since, uploading a tracking number would not work for you, you may want to mark your order as "Processed." You can't find this step via mobile app so you need to login to the PayPal website. Once done, I believe, after 7 days from the time you have marked the order as "Processed," the funds will automatically be released from hold. 3. If you did not do anything, funds should be automatically released after 21 days. 4. Check if your account has a limitation that you have to resolve before you can access your money. However, 5. If your PayPal account has been permanently limited, your funds will be available after 180 days.

That's great, but I've even clicked forward into 180 days and nothing.

I don't appear to have any other limitations other than the ones imposed on me as a new seller, but I'll ask the buyer to confirm their reciept - thanks for the tip there! I've also tried marking the order as processed and it appears that that wasn't an option?

I'm going to assume this is a failing on Paypal's part, as I've done everything it's told me to and so far gotten nowhere.

Are the funds actually showing in your paypal account but showing as on hold?

Yes, they are!

It's not really the money being on hold that bothers me, it's just the release date seems to be completely missing.

Well if you don't send trackable the only release date would be 21 days later, that is unless >>

If you mark the transaction as processed then the buyer sender may have the option on their account to mark the transaction as delivery/satisfied. If the buyer sender confirms this by clicking on the "Confirm Receipt" button, funds may be released sooner ie 7 days after the buyer sender verifies receipt. This is not always available or guaranteed.
If not then sadly its 21 days.
