Refunds i cant get my money

Yes sir its been 3 years waiting still trying to get my moneyback. Transaction start Jan.25,2021 it show Payment received refunded.That was my first transaction here in paypal.From “on hold” it show need Refund, so i click refund but when i do that Jan. 27, 2021 my money refund sent but i Was waiting for nothing!Bcause i never received my money again.!goodbye to my $198.56.USD. And now i was thinking if someone can help me .. bcause i need money now its big question to me how can i get my own money back.Hmm PAYPAL! 🥹

The refund option is there 'if' you need to refund your buyer, its not an instruction to do so.

Once your funds were off hold you should have withdrawn them but instead you sent them back to the buyer by refunding them.

If the buyer chose not to pay you again then not a lot you can do about it unfortunately.
