Hello, I had a horrific experience with PayPal more than 12 years ago and vowed never to use them again. I had an item that I really wanted from an individual and he could only use PayPal so I thought I would try it one more time. The payment did not go through correctly, so he refunded it to me and then I paid again. my question is how long has been other peoples experiences with waiting for pending refund to credit card. At first I read five days but it’s been six and I can’t get a hold of anyone at PayPal. I read somewhere else on that Internet that I could take one to two billing cycles, which seems insane as I would be paying interest on this. it’s $4500 transaction and it stresses me out that this is not taken care of and I don’t seem to have any recourse by getting a hold of anyone at this company. Hopefully some people can share their experiences or what I might do to speed this along?
