In Nigeria, I’m aware receiving of funds to a personal PayPal account is impossible. But how about a business account? Can a business account receive funds in Nigeria?

You don't have to add funds to your wallet and that is not an option in your country.

However you can 'fund' it automatically when you pay. Paypal will take it from and linked and confirmed visa credit card during checkout.

Thanks for your reply. So for clarity, we can only fund our wallet using a valid credit/debit card to make payment or to send out money?

As of my last knowledge update in January 2022, PayPal in Nigeria primarily supports the functionality to send payments for online purchases. However, at that time, receiving funds directly into a PayPal account from another user was restricted in Nigeria. This applies to both personal and business accounts. PayPal policies and services can change, so it's recommended to check the official PayPal website or contact PayPal customer support for the most up-to-date information regarding receiving funds in Nigeria, especially for business accounts. If PayPal's restrictions remain unchanged, individuals and businesses in Nigeria might need to explore alternative payment methods for receiving funds, especially for freelancing or e-commerce activities. Local regulations and financial services in Nigeria may also influence the availability of certain PayPal features.

We know Nigeria is a send only country, the question was not about receiving funds only about adding funds to a balance as a funding source.

That is why I told them they can't add funds to their balance but only use their credit visa as a funding source.
