Pending

I recently purchased an animal at a pet shop. Paid as usual with my credit card via PayPal. In the transactions, it says Pending. Paypal says they regulations require them to further investigate. I need to know how long it will take, as I'm afraid I can not put the animal on hold for long before the store would make it available to other buyers.

How did you pay? Goods/services or Friends/family?

Pending on your paypal account / sellers or both accounts?

They have received the money. It must be because it was a Sunday. Transaction was 9am Sat - Pending. Transaction completed Sunday sometime in the afternoon. I just wished Paypal would be more elaborate in this Pending situation. As some transactions are very time sensitive. An estimate time would be useful.
