Paypal security has locked out all of my bank accounts that are linked to PayPal. I have checked with my bank and there are no issues there. I have spent several hours on the phone with PayPal assistance and they cannot fix the problem. I have been a PayPal customer for 23 years and now I cannot send money due to PayPal security issues.
