Paypal has Kept My Payment for 21 days NOW! I NEEDED THIS MONEY ASAP! PLEASE HELP!

Hello  Community!

I seem unable to get any Help from PAYPAL on a payment HOLD! Any time I try and get help i get the Paypal automated run around. I offered a labor service (six weeks ago) and needed a different way to bill my client so i tried using Paypal just to find out Paypal keeps Money Hostage forever. I have purchased so much stuff using my same account for a long time now. It has been 21 Days of pure hell logging on everyday and checking my bank account and nothing?

Any ideas or help would be much appreciated!

Funds are normally released when any tracking number viewable online shows as delivered to the buyer + 1 day as long as you used one of Paypals supported carriers.

If that has all been complied with correctly then contact c.s. and ask them to release the funds manually for you.

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky.
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is also randomly available.
Also you have the option to send customer services a message.
